Longhua County Central Heating Source Relocation and Expansion Project by Hebei Province Chengde Longxiao Heating Co., Ltd.

This project was granted a CDM concessional of RMB 50 million yuan on February 28, 2018. It mainly includes installing 2 sets of 70MW hot-water boilers and connecting them to the existing primary heating network of pipes with appropriate adjustment. It falls in the category of energy efficiency and improvement. By building the central heating source to replace the old inefficient and outdated boilers, it can improve energy efficiency and reduce fuel consumption, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Once put into production, it is estimated to reduce greenhouse gases emission by 6,433 tCO2e annually and can lever private capital of RMB 120 million yuan.
