Shaanxi Province: Biogas Engineering Project by Shangluo Youyuan Ecological Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Technology Co., Ltd.

The project was granted a concessional loan of RMB 65 million by China CDM Fund on December 27 of 2017. It will build a biogas engineering system, including raw material storage, anaerobic digestion and methane cleansing, storage, purification and utilization and so on. It falls into the category of clean energy development and utilization. By producing biogas to substitute for fossil fuel, it also avoids methane emission, to realize the greenhouse gas emission reduction. Once put into operation, it will reduce greenhouse gases emission by 72,846tCO2e annually and lever private capital of RMB 171.42 million.
