The project was granted a concessional loan of RMB 50 million on March 16, 2017. It mainly includes installing 4 sets of 116MW hot boilers and building auxiliary workshops to accommodate boilers, pumps, blowers, induced draft fans, sweeteners and so on. It will replace the inefficient small boilers scattered in the city with efficient large boilers to improve energy efficiency and reduce fuel consumption as well as greenhouse gas emission. The project belongs to the category of energy saving and efficiency improving. It can leverage private capitals of RMB 130 million. After being put into operation, it is estimated to reduce the greenhouse gas emission by 108,943tCO2e annually.
