Hubei Province: New Energy Bus Purchase Project by Jingmen City Public Transport Group Co., Ltd.

The project was granted a concessional loan of RMB 55 million yuan on September 19, 2016. It mainly includes purchasing 300 LNG buses. By replacing heavily polluting diesel powered buses with LNG clean energy buses, it can effectively reduce energy consumption and exhaust emission, therefore cutting down greenhouse gas emission. The project belongs to the category of energy saving and efficiency improving. It can leverage private capital of RMB 124.7 million yuan. Once put into operation, it is estimated to cut greenhouse gas emission by 1,418tCO2e annually.
