Mid-term Workshop for “Public-Private-Partnership to Promote Innovative Climate Financing” held in Beijing

On August 20th, the mid-term workshop for “Public-Private-Partnership to Promote Innovative Climate Financing”-- the ADB technical assistance project, was held in Beijing. Deputy Director General Zheng Quan participated in the workshop.
This workshop aimed to discussing the feasibility study report written by experts on Public-Private-Partnership to Promote Innovative Climate Financing of China CDM Fund, namely the feasibility study report on “Fund of Funds(FOF)”which China CDM Fund participated in or set up so as to enrich the investment or financing methods. During the seminar, experts from ADB reported the results of their feasibility study report; experts from National Council for Social Security Fund, CDB Capital Co. Ltd., Hony Capital and Zhong Lun Law Firm shared their understandings on this feasibility study report from different perspectives based on their professional experiences and offered constructive suggestions.
