Director General Chen Huan participated in the International Symposium on Financial and Taxation Policy Reform

On 21st May, Asian Development Bank(ADB) and Asian Finance and Development Center(AFDC) jointly held the international symposium on financial and taxation policy reform in Shanghai National Accounting Institute. Director General Chen Huan from China CDM Fund was invited to deliver a keynote speech.
The symposium aimed at gathering experts from academic and political field to conduct in-depth analysis and comparison on financial and taxation policy of China and other countries in East Asia.The main topics include: (1) review of the financial and taxation policy since 1994, and challenges and policy choice of inclusive growth;(2)international experiences on financial and taxation policy;(3) inter-governmental financial system reform;(4)blueprint for financial and taxation policy; Revolving around these topics, the participants carried out heated discussion to analyze potential policy choice and the impact upon economic and social development.
Director General Chen Huan shared his understanding on future carbon tax policy and carbon market development.
