ADB Technical Assistance to China CDM Fund — Seminar on Pubic-Private Partnership for Innovative Climate Finance

The first seminar of Feasibility Study on Pubic-Private Partnership for Innovative Climate Financing,an ADB technical assistance program, started in Beijing on 25th April. Deputy director Zhengquan participated in the seminar, and addressed the present situation of ADB technical assistance programs implemented by China CDM Fund. Deputy director Wangying of the technical assistance section of international department under MOF was also present at the seminar.
Guests present in the seminar included experts from CDB Financial Corporation LTD, CPC Asset Management Corporation LTD, Hony Capital, Tsing Capital, etc. They shared their experiences from different perspectives, and put forward constructive suggestions.
The seminar marked an important trial on the study of government-market cooperation for innovative climate financing.
