2012 Concessional Loans Project Management Workshop Held in Jilin

With the joint support of cadre education center under MOF and finance bureau of Jilin province, CDM Fund Management Center held 2012 clean development concessional loans workshop from 27th to 30th August 2012. Over 100 representatives from local financial systems participated in the workshop.
Senior management from CDM Fund Management Center introduced the work of the previous phase, put forward new focus in the following period, and made requests on the management of concessional loan programs. Local financial systems needed to improve loan management, and take low carbon development opportunities to make management work more scientific, standardized and systematic.
The workshop further defined the procedures of clean development concessional loan program, clarified the responsibilities of local financial systems, which would play an important role in boosting concessional loans management level and executive efficiency.
