On 20th, Feb.2012, Madame He Bangjing, member of Central Commission for Discipline Inspections of the CPC and Chairperson of China CDM Fund Strategic Development Committee met with President Mitchell Stanley of National Center for Sustainable Development (NCSD) of U.S.. Deputy Director General Chen Shixin of international department of MOF, Director General Chen Huan and Deputy Director General Zhengquan also joined the meeting.
The two sides talked about cooperation in clean energy between NCSD and China CDM Fund and Sino-US low carbon development. Both agreed to promote technology, investment and financing cooperation in energy conservation, efficiency improvement, renewable energy and clean energy. They also talked about facilitating people-to-people communications and cultural exchanges to enhance understanding and build consensuses.
