Jiangsu Province: the continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite construction project with capacity of 20，000 tons by Qiyi Technology. The project is mainly to purchase and install the CFP tape production line, double extrusion coating extruders, sheet extruders, laser cutting machines, ultrasonic welding machines and others that total about 92 sets. Once completed, it can produce 20,000 tons of CFP materials for low weight carriages and containers to replace the truck box body made by steel or aluminium sheet, thus reducing fuel consumption and emissions. The project belongs to the category of new energy equipment and material manufacturing. Once put into operation, it is estimated to cut greenhouse gas emission by 105,654 tCO2e annually.
