Hebei Province: the central heating reconstruction (or extension) project of the Xiahuayuan District of Zhangjiakou City, by Zhangjiakou Xiahuayuan Heating Company. The project involves the construction of a heating plant, a 23km heat supply network and 50 heating stations, covering 3.85 million square meters area of heat-supply service with the heating capacity of 228.8MW. The total investment is 439.17 million RMB. It belongs to the energy efficiency raising projects. Once fully completed, it can reduce 33,422tCO2e greenhouse gas emission annually.
