The project combines wind and solar power generation, not only making the best use of existing resources but also taking advantage of their time differences. It adopts the 3 kilowatt breeze wind driven generators, requiring the minimum wind speed of 0.5m/s and realizing 95% rate of work so that they can be promoted in wide areas. It also uses all-vanadium flow batteries to control the power generation process, which is the highly preferred technology in scale energy storage with the features of long operating life, high efficiency, flexible scale installation, deep discharge and environmental friendliness. All-vanadium flow battery has won the national patent and passed the Shandong Province Science and Technology Achievement Appraisal.
