3 Green and Low-Carbon Projects Applied by Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. Were Approved with China CDM Fund Concessional Loan

On January 18, 2021, China Clean Development Mechanism Fund Management Center (hereinafter referred to as “the Management Center”) issued Reply Letter to approve the grant of CDM concessional loans to Hong’an County Domestic Waste Incarnation for Power Generation Project, Jinsha County Domestic Waste Incarnation for Power Generation Project and Shishou City Domestic Waste Incarnation for Power Generation Project of Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd.
All the above projects were applied by Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. and guaranteed by Industrial Bank. The 3 projects got approved with a total loan of RMB 207 million, and were favored at an interest rate 58.75 points reduced on the basis of the LPR (Loan Prime Rate) on the contract-signing date in a 5-year term. It’s estimated that the 3 projects can totally leverage social capital of RMB 961 million.
ⅠHong’an County Domestic Waste Incarnation for Power Generation Project of Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd.
The project was approved with a loan of RMB 69 million and is guaranteed by demand financing guarantee issued by Industrial Bank to the Management Center.
The construction site of the project is located in the economic development zone of Hong'an County, Huanggang City, Hubei Province. The project mainly aims at newly constructing two 350 ton/day domestic waste incineration grate furnaces, and configuring one 12 MW condensing steam turbine and one 15 MW generator. Environmental protection facilities such as incinerator gas treatment system and filtrate treatment station will also be constructed simultaneously. When the project is completed, it is estimated that 255,500 tons of domestic waste can be processed annually.
The project belongs to the category of resource comprehensive utilization. By replacing coal-fired power generation with waste power generation and reducing methane emissions produced by waste composting, the project has obvious greenhouse gas emission reduction benefits.
Ⅱ Jinsha County Domestic Waste Incarnation for Power Generation Project of Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd.
The project was approved with a loan of RMB 69 million and is guaranteed by demand financing guarantee issued by Industrial Bank to the Management Center.
The construction site of the project is located in Jinsha County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province. The main construction under the project includes: new construction of 2 sets of 400 ton/day domestic waste incineration grate furnaces, configuration of 1 set of 15 MW condensing steam turbine and 1 set of 18 MW generator, and simultaneous construction of Environmental protection facilities such as incinerator gas treatment system and filtrate treatment station. When the project is completed, it is estimated that a total amount of 292,000 tons of domestic waste can be processed every year.
The project belongs to the category of resource comprehensive utilization. By replacing coal-fired power generation with waste power generation and reducing methane emissions produced by waste composting, the project has obvious greenhouse gas emission reduction benefits.
Ⅲ Shishou City Domestic Waste Incarnation for Power Generation Project of Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd.
The project was approved with a loan of RMB 69 million and is guaranteed by demand financing guarantee issued by Industrial Bank to the Management Center.
The construction site of the project is located in Nankou Town, Shishou City, Jingzhou City, Hubei Province. The main construction under the project includes: new construction of two 350 ton/day domestic waste incineration grate furnaces, configuration of one 18 MW condensing steam turbine, one 18 MW generator set and supporting facilities. When this project is completed, it is estimated that a total amount of 255,500 tons of domestic waste can be disposed each year.
The project belongs to the category of resource comprehensive utilization. By replacing coal-fired power generation with waste power generation and reducing methane emissions produced by waste composting, the project has obvious greenhouse gas emission reduction benefits.
